Issues

If you are sending us an issue please try and send us as much information as possible to help diagnose and resolve your problem quicker. This may include:

  • A screenshot or image of any issues encountered.
  • The name of the original file uploaded (if applicable).
  • The document number which was detected (if applicable).
  • The current user.
  • The current company.

If you are reporting an issue with a specific document, if practical please leave the document in place to aid in diagnosing any potential issues & speed up the resolution time.
