Source File Popup

The source file popup (available by clicking the ‘i’ button next to the document name) provides useful information about the original PDF this document came from & how it arrived in Invoice Automation. This information includes: File Name, File Size, Creation Date, & Source (Manual Upload or IMAP email monitoring).

If the upload was sourced via the Mailbox feature, additional information is available: Email Sender (name if available & email address), Email Subject Line & Email Date.
